... Your New Role
You will be a passionate and motivated “people” person, who loves what you do! You’ll enjoy getting into the details, problem solving and providing a high quality service to those you are assisting. The primary focus of this role is to make outbound calls to members to educate them about their superannuation, help them to take action with their super and to offer the advice services available with a view of increasing their engagement and retention. This is a full time 12 month fixed term contract position, working Monday - Friday office hours.
Key Responsibilities
This role will have a particular focus on conducting call types with a range of strategic purposes across various campaigns including but not limited to:
- Welcome calls to new members, helping them understand services provided and options available such as online access, consolidating funds etc
- Pre-retirement calls to members at different pre-retirement age brackets to offer assistance with planning for partial or full retirement and making them aware of services available to help support them
- Booking in referral appointments
- Updating and maintaining accurate member records
- Calls to support a range of topical marketing campaigns in the market
- Follow up calls to advice campaigns targeted at pre-retirement members
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while delivering service excellence
What you will bring to the team
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a member centric mindset
- A genuine passion for helping people better understand their personal finances, especially retirement savings
- Ability to build rapport and create sustainable relationships with members and stakeholders
- Ability to organise and prioritise to ensure that allocated tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner according to defined quality standards.
- A background working in a service based superannuation role
- Previous experience working in outbound calls will be highly regarded but is not essential
